RAAMNETTEN

Er is enige onduidelijkheid ontstaan over het gebruik van het soort raamnetten. Het één en ander is nogmaals besproken met de KNAF en de veiligheidscommissie. Beide zijn akkoord met het gebruik van zowel driehoek- als Vierkante raamnetten. Zie hiervoor: FIA ISC Appendix J 253 Art 11.2 . Vierkant raamnet: For competitions on circuits, the use of nets a2ixed to the safety cage is mandatory. These nets must have the following characteristics : • Minimum width of the strips 19 mm • Minimum size of the meshes 25 x 25 mm • Maximum size of the meshes 60 x 60 mm and must close up the window opening to the centre of the steering wheel. Driehoek net: De toegestane driehoek netten staan in de FIA Technical list No 48 (zie attached), RN.008.16 Fia approved: 8863-2013.
